Reebok partnered with OUTSTAND to reposition the brand from CrossFit-focused to a lifestyle-driven, culturally relevant brand.

OUTSTAND set out to move Reebok from reps and routines into the rhythm of the street, embedding it into the cultural conversations shaping a new generation. Through a sharp, consistent PR strategy, Reebok stepped beyond performance and into style, with curated media placements, targeted press storytelling, and collaborations with a new wave of influencers who live at the intersection of fashion, music, and digital culture. The shift was to reposition the brand not beyond its traditional sports narrative to a culturally relevant brand.

To make that shift stick, OUTSTAND built a series of creative partnerships and special projects that tapped into unexpected communities and under-the-radar assets: from collaborations with gamers around key sneaker drops to highly stylized photo shoots and editorial features in edgy city mags like Athens Voice and Lifo. Every touchpoint was designed to reshape perception.

By shifting the communication from purely performance-driven messaging to a more lifestyle-oriented storytelling, Reebok re-emerged as a lifestyle-driven brand with renewed relevance among younger, style-conscious audiences: firmly rooted in its athletic DNA, but fully fluent in today’s cultural landscape.
